With a background in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) and experience as a tech startup founder, Greg brings data-driven operational excellence to the Philippine coffee industry.
He manages a team of 15 staff members and has developed training programs that blend Filipino hospitality with specialty coffee standards. His writing draws from hands-on experience running a café that serves 300+ customers daily using 100% Philippine-grown beans from regions like Sagada, Benguet, and Mt. Apo.
Greg's journey into the coffee business is rooted in stewardship and service.
